What we store

Your account email, profile details, pet profiles, health documents and photos you upload, care tasks and reminders, purchases, and sharing choices. Medical documents and photos live in private storage and are served only through short-lived signed links to members of your household.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, show advertising, or expose health records publicly. Public keepsakes you create do not include health information or photo location metadata. Providers see a pet's details only when you send them an appointment request.

Your controls

You can download original records free at any time, revoke sharing links, and delete your account (Profile > Delete my account), which removes your data and files.

Processors

Authentication, database and file storage: Supabase. Maps and directory data: OpenStreetMap contributors. Payments (when enabled): the configured payment provider, under its own policy.
